He manipulates the emotions of others, specifically females, and in his young age he has quickly learned how to make others twist to what he wants them to do. Perhaps this is considered wrong but his father has yet to mention it; whether he knows and is merely overlooking it or wishes that it wasn't happening is impossible to describe. Unlike most pups, Nix is close to his father; and he dreads the day he will have to leave the laid-back company of Valravn. Although he has an independent, stubborn personality, he still comes home again and again to his father. His relationship to his mother is nearly nonexistent; he barely remembers her in the slightest, and although he is aware he has a sister he isn't sure where she is, or even who she is. Nix is bull-headed and the only one he kneels to is his own father, who has such a lazy attitude that it surprises those who see them together. He prefers female company over male; although he is not so dominant, he dislikes being around males as most of the time they are much more controlling over him and aggressive to him. Valravn's stories have been a source of comfort since Nix was a pup, and he still takes refuge within their sheltering words when the nights get too long or the heat too severe.
